If the size is not correct or you don't like your jewel on you, you can make an exchange request by visiting this page. Exchanges are possible only in the EU, read Terms and Conditions

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you don't like your purchase we are very sorry, you can visit this page and request a return. Returns are possible only in the EU, read Terms and Conditions. If you need help to choose your jewel contact us via WhatsApp, email or Jewelry Hotline

CAN I RETURN A CUSTOMIZED JEWEL?

No, we are sorry. All custom made jewels cannot be exchanged or returned.  

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes you can, within 5 hours from the placement of the order.

WHAT DOES "PRE-ORDER" MEAN?

The items you pre-order are reserved for you, and will be shipped out as soon as they are available. The estimated shipping date is always indicated in the product page.  

WHAT DOES 'WAITLIST' MEAN ? 

If an item is in Waitlist it means it's sold out at the moment but it will be refurbished. Sign up with your email. We will inform you when the item is again in stock.

WHAT'S YOUR PACKAGING LIKE? TELL ME MORE. 

LIL Jewels come in our LIL Box, made of plexiglass, embellished with a mirror. All jewels under 100€ will be placed in our LIL Pouch, a cute white suede tiny pouch.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay and Discovery Cards.

You can also pay with PayPal or Wire Transfer.

If you want to split the payment in 3 installments without paying any interest you can use Scalapay. The maximum amount accepted is 600€.

DO YOU HAVE A 'GIFT' OPTION? 

Yes! You can add Luxury Pack (where you can add a personal message if you wish) and LIL bag if it's a special occasion! Or you can purchase our E-Gift Card! Don't worry, the receipt is only digital, you will receive it via email. 

HOW CAN I REDEEM A GIFT CARD? 

Enter the GIFT CARD code before the payment.

HOW CAN I PAY WITH A GIFT CARD? 

Gift cards work like store credit on LILMILAN.COM. If you do not have enough store credit in your account to complete the purchase, you can pay the remaining balance with your credit card/PayPayl/WireTransfer. If your new purchase has a lower amount than the Gift Card value, the residual value can be used for future purchases.  

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE?

No, sorry! You can use only one at a time but shipping is free if you spend more than 250€.

WHAT TYPE OF GOLD DO YOU USE? 

All jewels are in SOLID GOLD. If the description says ‘Gold’ it is solid gold.

Not gold filled or gold plated. Check out this page for further information. We use 9 karat or 18 karat gold. All item's descriptions will tell you exactly what material the item is made of.

CAN I WEAR A LIL JEWEL IF I HAVE A METAL ALLERGY? 

LIL Jewels are all handmade in solid gold. Yellow gold jewels are nichel free. White gold jewels may contain a small amount of nichel.

CAN I SHOWER WITH MY JEWELRY? 

You can shower with solid gold jewels. We suggest to remove jewels with pearls. 

DO YOU OFFER ENGRAVING? 

Yes! Contact us and let us know your request. Check out Tag Me and Sweet Spot - the engraving is on us! 

CAN YOU REPAIR MY JEWEL?

Provide us with your order number, clear images of your jewel and a brief description of the requested repair. Please wait for our reply before returning the package.

HOW CAN I CLEAN MY JEWEL?

Gold doesn’t tarnish, but it can be dirtied or dulled by the your skin oils, body lotion, makeup or other substances. There are lots of products out there designed to clean gold, but you can do it easily with mild detergent and a soft cloth. And what about getting the LIL brand new polishing cloth
