Sorry no exchanges outside the European Union but you can return the jewel you purchased and then place a new order. For the jewel you are returning, we will require you to take care of the shipment back to us. Being jewels, please make sure you choose a suitable and liable forwarder.
Once we have received your parcel, we will refund the amount you paid for it. Please note that any duties, customs clearance fees, and applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.

WHAT IF I CHOOSE A JEWEL THAT IS LESS EXPENSIVE?
If you chose a jewel that is less expensive than the amount paid we can offer you store credit or a refund for the remaining.
WHAT IF I CHOOSE A JEWEL THAT IS MORE EXPENSIVE?
If you chose a jewel that is more expensive than the amount paid we will send you a link to pay.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO NOW?

Step 2: print the pre-paid shipping label to return your purchase if you are shipping back from Italy, UK and European Union.
Step 3: package the item and book a pick-up for free or take your parcel to an UPS Access Point.
