If you chose the wrong size or you don't like the jewel on you, you may send a request to return it within 14 days from arrival of the package and request store credit or a refund. We will require you to cover the shipping cost. See chart below. Please note: personalized items and Luxury Pack cannot be returned.

Returns | WORLDWIDE
You can return the jewel you purchased and then place a new order. For the jewel you are returning, we will require you to take care of the shipment back to us. Being jewels, please make sure you choose a suitable and liable forwarder. Once we received your parcel, we will refund you the money you had paid for it. Please note: personalized items cannot be returned. Contact us or read our Terms and Conditions if you have additional doubts. 


WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO NOW?

Step 1: click here to make your request. 

Step 2: print the pre-paid shipping label to return your purchase if you are shipping back from Italy, UK and European Union.

Step 3: package the item. Follow the instructions below otherwise we won't be able to accept the return.

Credit
You can expect a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping within 30 days of receipt of your return in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
