We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from www.lilmilan.com. If you chose the wrong size or you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased,  you may return it within 14 days from arrival of the package and request store credit or a refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note: personalized items and Luxury Pack cannot be returned.

If you chose the wrong size or you don't like the jewel on you, you may send a request to return it within 14 days from arrival of the package and request store credit or a refund. You can return the jewel you purchased and then place a new order.

For returns from outside the European Union, customers are required to arrange and cover the return shipment themselves. Once the return request has been submitted, we will provide the shipping address to send the parcel to. As the items are jewellery, please make sure to choose a suitable and reliable carrier. Once we have received and processed your parcel, we will issue the refund.

Please note that return shipping costs, duties, taxes and customs clearance fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO NOW?

Step 1: click here to make your request. 

Step 2: print the pre-paid shipping label to return your purchase if you are shipping back from Italy, UK and European Union.

Step 3: package the item. Follow the instructions below otherwise we won't be able to accept the return.

Credit
You can expect a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping within 7 days of receipt of your return in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
