Exchanges | WORLDWIDE
Sorry no exchanges outside the European Union but you can return the jewel you purchased and then place a new order. For the jewel you are returning, we will require you to take care of the shipment back to us. Being jewels, please make sure you choose a suitable and liable forwarder.

Once we received your parcel, we will we will refund you the money you had paid for it. Please note: personalized items cannot be returned. Contact us or read our Terms and Conditions if you have additional doubts. 


WHAT IF I CHOOSE A JEWEL THAT IS LESS EXPENSIVE?
If you chose a jewel that is less expensive than the amount paid we can offer you store credit or a refund for the remaining.

If you chose a jewel that is more expensive than the amount paid we will send you a link to pay.
