Your order is packed and shipped within 1-2 business days from your purchase.
With STANDARD SHIPPING, average delivery time for Domestic Orders (Italy) is 1-2 business days.
Average delivery time for International Orders is 2-6 business days, but it could take up to three weeks.
You can choose EXPRESS SHIPPING and get your order sooner. Express shipping in Italy takes 24-36 hours.
International shipping depends completely on the customs of the country we are shipping to.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?
STANDARD SHIPPING/ITALY: 7€, 1/2 working days delivery (except for Sicily, Sardegna and Calabria).
EXPRESS SHIPPING/ITALY: 15€, next day delivery before noon for orders placed the day before by 11am.
STANDARD SHIPPING/WORLDWIDE: 15€, 4/5 working days delivery.
EXPRESS SHIPPING/WORLDWIDE: 30€, 2/3 working days delivery.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
A tracking number will be provided for all orders via e-mail once the package is sent.

Most likely yes, with a few exceptions. You can proceed to the checkout and our system will let you know.

Return Shipping Info
You will be provided with a pre-paid label to return your purchase. Please fill in this form and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
We ask that the product be unused, in original boxes, and with all original paperwork, parts and accessories in order to ensure full credit. Sale merchandise will be issued a credit at the purchased price. Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country.
You can expect a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping within 30 days of receipt of your return in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
How to package an Item
If you would like to return an item that you purchased on www.lilmilan.com, please follow the instructions outlined below.
- Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be unused to ensure credit.
- Secure the prepaid shipping label securely to the carton. Please make sure that the address to which it will ship is clearly legible.
- Before sending the return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
- For domestic returns we will suggest for you to drop it at the closest UPS Access Point or we'll set up a pick up for you. For international returns please contact us at email@example.com
- Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return in order to monitor delivery status.
International Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may be due when receiving an international order. We currently ship from Milan, Italy.
